These Terms of Use set out the agreement between you and Jobrods Ltd. for use of our website and AI-powered job matching platform. By using Jobrods, you accept these terms in full.
01. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Jobrods, operated by Jobrods Ltd. (registered in England & Wales, Company No. 15728041), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
02. The service
Jobrods is an AI-powered job matching platform. We analyze your CV or LinkedIn profile to generate match scores between 0 and 100% for roles aggregated from third-party job boards including Reed, Indeed, and Adzuna, along with explanations of each match.
03. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use Jobrods. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
04. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content you do not have the right to share, or another person's CV without consent.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform or its matching models.
- Use Jobrods for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose.
05. Match scores and accuracy
Match scores and explanations are generated by automated models and are provided for guidance only. While we strive for accuracy, Jobrods does not guarantee employment, interview outcomes, or that any listing is current. Job listings are sourced from third parties and may change or expire without notice.
06. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and may be subject to VAT.
07. Intellectual property
All software, branding, and content on Jobrods (excluding third-party job listings and your own data) are owned by Jobrods Ltd. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the CV and profile data you submit.
08. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jobrods Ltd. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including decisions made on the basis of match scores. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
09. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
10. Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
