- Job preferences such as desired role, salary, and location.
- Usage data, including matches viewed and search activity.

- Analyze your CV or profile and generate match scores between 0 and 100%.
- Aggregate and rank relevant roles from Reed, Indeed, Adzuna, and other sources.
- Produce transparent explanations of why you fit or do not fit a role.
- Maintain your account, provide support, and improve our models.
04. Legal basis for processing
We process your data on the basis of your consent (which you can withdraw at any time), the performance of our contract with you, and our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Jobrods service. Where we rely on legitimate interests, we balance these against your rights and freedoms.
05. Third-party job boards
Jobrods aggregates job listings from third-party boards including Reed, Indeed, and Adzuna. When you choose to apply, you may be directed to those third parties, whose own privacy policies govern any data you share with them. We do not sell your personal data.
06. Data retention
We keep your personal data only as long as necessary to provide the service and meet our legal obligations. You may delete your account at any time, after which we will erase or anonymize your data unless we are required to retain it by law.
